Whatever your health and fitness goal may be, the use of a personal trainer to help you to do the right things at the right time in the right way, coupled with the accountability will help you get there faster. We have a number of options which can get you there.

1 on 1

You and me – one on one. Sessions designed specifically for you to enable you to reach your health and fitness goals.

2 on 1

Train with a friend and encourage each other. Get fit and healthy whilst splitting the cost with your buddy. Each session is designed to be at a level to work both of you and to help you both on the path to achieving your goals

Generic Programs

Generic programs – non customised programs designed to give you the leg up to start your pathway to health and fitness. 6 or 12 week programs to be done by yourself at home, in the park or take with you to the gym

Virtual PT
